SHIPPING
All orders will ship within 3 business days from the date of payment, unless the item is marked as backordered or pre-order. All packages will be sent via UPS. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales taxes. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Any claims regarding delivery charges for overnight or 2-day priority must be made to ‘Name of Company’ within 5 working days.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, but we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. L. Lavone gladly accepts returns and exchanges on all new, unused items in the original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We always hope our shipping companies will handle items with care but know that damage can happen. Please call or email us as soon as you receive and item that has been damaged in shipping so we can send a pre-paid return label to you and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
